| 摘 要： | 当前,关于立法来保护非物质文化遗产,尤其是如何建立完善立法体系的论述却非常有限。已颁布法律规范并不完善,因而需要对于非物质文化遗产的法律保护问题有全新的构思。笔者尝试以保护模式、体系架构、创新制度设计、重要制度配置为进路,构建新型的立法框架和内容,以期对非物质文化遗产的更有效保护。

| Abstract: | At present,the legislation of intangible cultural heritage protection is limited,especially the complete legislation system. Therefore,it is necessary to have a complete new design on the protection of intangible cultural heritage. This article tries to establish a new type of legislation framework so as to protect intangible cultural heritage well. |
