| Abstract: | This article introduces TRIPS and SCM agreements, two of WTO agreements, which are closely related to the scientific researchers of China's local universities. Then the impact of China's entry into WTO on TRIPS, science and technology policy-making, and scientific researchers' environment is analyzed. Corresponding solutions are also proposed. |
