| 摘 要： | 流动性过剩对中国经济造成了很多负面影响，引起了理论界和相关政府部门的高度重视。探讨流动性概念的起源，总结流动性的特有属性并通过定义揭示流动性的内涵；梳理流动性理论的发展历程，在此基础上分析流动性的种属关系并通过划分确定流动性的外延；分析流动性定义与流动性划分的关系，从内涵与外延两个角度明确“流动性”概念。研究发现：资产流动性与流动性资产是截然不同的，传统流动性理论注重研究资产流动性状况，现代流动性理论则更多地关注流动性资产数量；依据不同的标准，流动性有多种定义和多种划分方法。这些研究成果为进一步探讨流动性过剩和流动性不足的原因及影响提供了必要的理论根据。
