| 摘 要： | 企业持续发展的根本在于持续地创新,而在企业创新这一系统工程中,前提是制度创新.本文通过昆明制药股份有限公司制度创新成功案例的分析,提出制度决定机制,机制决定动力,动力决定效益;国有企业制度创新的根本途径是进行规范的公司制改革;规范的公司制改革必须以产权主体多元化的混合经济结构作为基础,并且,在一般竞争性领域,不仅要实现产权主体的多元化,而且国有股一般不要控股.

| Abstract: | Sustainable?development?of?an?enterprise?depends?on?continued?innovation.?Yet?system?innovation?is?a?prerequisite?for?the?innovation?of?enterprise,?a?systematic?engineering.?Through?an?analysis?of?a?case?study?of?Kunming?Parmaceutical?Limited?Company,?this?article?points?out?that?system?decides?on?mechanism?that?decides?on?impetus?that?decides?on?profits.?The?fundamental?approach?to?system?innovation?of?the?state-owned?enterprises?is?to?implement?standardized?corporation?system?which?is?based?on?a?mixed?economic?structure?with?many?different?proprietors.?In?ordinary?competitions,?stock?should?be?owned?by?different?people?and?the?state-owned?stock?should?not?be?held?by?.just?a?owners. |
