| 摘 要： | 以协同学理论为视角,研究了当前我国城市土地利用过程中存在的一些问题,并且依据协同学理论提出了重视序参量———树立科学用地、集约用地观念主导系统的演化,建立城市土地与经济、社会子系统的协同机制,制定城市土地利用规划,建立系统反馈机制等一系列措施来引导、促进城市土地利用系统的协调有序发展。

| Abstract: | Some problems in China's urban land use were researched from the synergetics theory.Based on the synergetics theory,a series of suggestions were put forward,such as establishing scientific and intensive land use notion,building the collaborative mechanism between the urban land and the economic and social system,enacting urban land use planning and establishing land use feedback mechanism,for the purpose of leading and promoting the development of urban land use system. |
