制度、激励与增长:一个经验总结

新中国成立60周年特别是改革开放以来,我国经济取得了高速的增长.本文从制度层面分析经济取得高速增长的动力源泉,得出财政分权所带来的政府激励、所有制改革所带来的生产者激励以及市场开放所带来的全方位激励是经济持续高速增长的原因;同时,在分析消费者的激励制度时,得出社会保障体系的完善或许是一种最优的制度选择.在国际金融危机背景下,社会保障体系的完善所带来的消费者激励或将带来下一拨的经济高速增长.

Institution,Motivation and Growth:A Summary of 60 Years' Experience
