高职院校学术科研型教师成才障碍及其对策

培养学术科研型教师是高职院校师资队伍建设的难点.高职院校的办学层次与声誉决定了高职院校教师在成长为学术科研型教师的过程中需要付出更多的艰辛与努力,以克服诸如教学工作量过重、科研条件与学术氛围缺乏、科研意识与信心不足、社会对高职院校存在偏见以及外界功利的诱惑等有形与无形的障碍.文章深入研究了这些障碍产生的原因及其对高职院校学术科研型教师成长的危害,并提出了排除这些障碍的对策与做法.

On Obstacles to Growing of Academic Teacher and Countermeasures in Higher Vocational College

Training academic teacher is very difficult in building teacher group in higher vocational college.The administrative level and reputation of higher vocational college lies in the fact that great efforts and hardships should be made to overcome heavier teaching work,shortage of scientific research condition and academic atmosphere,lack of scientific research consciousness and confidence,prejudice against vocational college from society and material temptation from outside world,suchlike material or immaterial obstacles during the process of the teachers' growing into academic teacher in higher vocational college.The reason why these obstacles arise and their bad effects on the growing of academic teachers in higher vocational college are deeply studied,at the same time,the countermeasure and methods to get rid of these obstacles are put forward.
