| 摘 要： | 律师学院是英国最早的法律教育机构,作为英国特定历史背景下的法律教育的产物,律师学院在培养目标、教育管理、教育方式等方面与大学法律教育明显不同。在中世纪以来,律师学院在法律人才的养成和英国法制建设和法律教育发展的历程中发挥了极其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The Inns of courts are the earliest institution for legal education in England.As the product of legal education in special historical background,the Inns are different from universities in the aspect of educational objective,teaching management and patterns of cultivation.From Middle ages,Inns have been taking a very important part by a practical feature in legal personnel training,legal constrution and legal education. |
