| 摘 要： | “人文关怀”是当代科学发展观的核心内容。文章从阐述人文关怀的概念和内涵入手,在分析现代城市旅游管理中存在的主要问题、负面影响及其原因的同时分析了游客旅游的动机及其需求心理,在此基础上分析了加强对游客人文关怀的意义,提出了如何在城市旅游管理中实现对游客的人文关怀的举措。

| Abstract: | Humanistic Solicitude is the core of scientific concept of development.The paper,starting from the interpretation of the definition and connotation of humanistic solicitude,presents the main problems and negative effects in the management of urban tourism.It also demonstrates the major cause for the problems and explores the motivation and psychology of tourists.Based on the analysis,the author considers it significant to show humanistic solicitude to tourists.In the final part of the paper,and he poses the strategies to realize humanistic solicitude. |
