浅谈边境地区的教育与管理

摘    要:由于受地理环境、边境战争、经济困难和边民教育观念淡薄等因素的影响,边境地区的教育发展相对滞后,严重地影响国门形象和国民文化素质的提高.因此,要发展我国边境地区教育,必须改革现有的教育管理体制;加大对边境教育的投入,实行一些优惠政策;同时加强边境学校的教育管理和师资队伍建设,提高边境地区教育质量,树立伟大的国门形象.

Abstract:Owing to the poor conditions,wars,backward economy and people's blunt sense in education,the development of education in these areas lags behind.This lowers the images of our country_gate and prevents the cultural quality of the people in these areas from being enhanced.Therefore,in order to develop the education in these areas of our country,We must reform the existing systems of the education management,pay more attention to the education in these areas and give them more favourable policies.Meannwhile,we must help the teachers there improve their knowlege so as to improve their education quality and set up the images of our country_gate.
