| 摘 要： | 瑶族新石牌制度是改革开放后二十世纪九十年代以来形成的,是瑶族社会经济发展的必然结果,有其独特的思想根源和经济背景。在内容结构上可分为四个部分,主要是有关维护社会治案、财产关系、家庭稳定的规定,其中针对盗窃行为的规定是瑶族新石牌最主要部分。在建立和谐社会的新时期,瑶族新石牌仍然具有不可忽视的社会调整功能。

| Abstract: | The formation of the Yao Nationality's Neo-shipai system in the 90's of the 20th century is the inevitable result of the economic and social development of the Yao Nationality.This system,which is deeply rooted in unique ideology and economic contexts,has four components concerned with the rules and regulations which may safeguard public security,property ownership and family stability,among which those controlling theft forms its core.The social adjustment role of the Yao Nationality's Neo-shipai system cannot be neglected in the new historical period when construction of harmonious society promoted. |
