| 摘 要： | 消除社会转型期网络传播带给政治生活的诸多负面影响 ,建立以“网络化民主法制政治生活”为基点的“网络化政体” ,这既是一个发展目标 ,也是一个渐进的创新过程。从国家、社会和个人三个向度出发 ,发挥国家宏观政策与微观社会机制作用 ,营造“网络化民主法制政治生活”,以回应因网络社会的崛起给我国政治生活带来的深层挑战
