| 摘 要： | 本文研究了集群价值链延伸并嵌入全球价值链的整合机制，并在全球价值链的分析框架下研究了全球价值链分工与发展中国家产业集群风险形成的关联机制。基于全球价值链的整合，形成了集群间的功能分工体系。这种分工体系导致全球价值链上的链式风险；以及位于低端的发展中国家集群，由于利润率和进入壁垒低，面临着激烈的地区竞争，同时也面临着竞争导致的上下游企业的战略转移引发的集群“空洞化”和“边缘化”风险。
