| Abstract: | Asian and the Pacific region is the most active economic zone. The growth of the Asian and Pacific region is dependent on the cooperation and the prosperity of the region. However, education is the key element in the cooperation of the whole region. Moreover, higher education is the prominent base of the economic development in the Asian and Pacific countries. It is also the main impetus for the future development. Higher education is the foremost cooperative field for the countries in this region. |
