高校学前教育专业学生教育实践能力培养体系的构建

摘    要:教育实践能力是幼儿教师从事教师教育工作的职业能力,直接影响着学前教育的教育质量。目前高校学前教育专业学生教育实践能力的培养存在着目标中未明确教育实践能力达到的要求、课程设置缺乏实践性与整合性、“全程实践”缺少实质性、教学方式忽视实践性等问题。解决这一问题应采取的措施有:培养目标明确教育实践能力的培养要求;课程体系体现实践性和整合性;与地方幼儿园建立教育实践共同体,采用“合作教学”指导;专业课程的教学与实践紧密结合等。

The Construction of Practical Ability Training System for Students of Preschool Education in Colleges
Abstract:s:Educational practice ability is the professional ability of kindergarten teachers to be engaged in teacher education,and it directly affects the quality of preschool education.So far there have been quite a lot of problems in the cultivation of preschool education major students in local colleges and universities,for ex-ample,the target of teaching practice ability does not reach the expected requirements;the arrangement of the curriculum lacks of practice and integration;“the whole practice course”lacks of substance and teaching methods ignore the practicability.To solve these problems,the following measures should be taken into con-sideration:cultivating objectives should clearly emphasize the requirements of ability training in educational practice;curriculum setting should highlight the practicability;education community of practice should be es-tablished with local kindergartens,the"cooperative teaching"should be adopted and the teaching and practice of professional courses should be tightly combined.
