| 摘 要： | 青年志愿者行动从无到有、从小到大，志愿服务的领域不断扩展，队伍不断壮大。在新的形势下，应创新大学生志愿服务活动的动力机制、组织机制和保障机制，建立具有“校园特色”的志愿服务工作体制，让志愿服务与大学生成长成才联姻。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of reform and opening to the outside world policy and the development of socialist commodity economy, the youth volunteer activities have been developed. The scope of volunteer service is ehlarged and the number of volunteers is increasing. This new situation appeals to reform the motivation mechanism, organization mechanism, and maintenance mechanism of college students＇ volunteer service, set up a volunteer service mechanism of campus uniqueness, and combine volunteer service and volunteers＇ growth. |
