| 摘 要： | 中国共产党执政生态系统利用时间、空间的问题属于系统的优化控制问题。回顾历史,总结经验,中国共产党执政生态系统对时间、空间的利用在大多数时期是做得比较好的。新时期的实践证明,中国共产党执政生态系统对时间的把握,对空间的利用,对时间、空间、物质、能量和信息关系的调控基本是正确的,系统的优化程度进一步提高,控制水平进一步增强,执政能力进一步提升。
