| 摘 要： | 在基础研究的国家目标化时代，科学家的个人自由应该是一种责任自由。责任自由是以社会责任为基础的内在自由和外在自由的统一，其中，内在自由即科学家角色责任的实现是责任自由实现的根本。科学家角色责任的实现具体体现在认识论、道德论和政治论三个层面上。

| Abstract: | At the era of basic research in the light of the national objectives,scientists'individual freedom should essentially be a kind of "responsibility freedom" that is the unification of external freedom and internal freedom characterized by the basis of social responsibility.Internal freedom or the realization of scientists'role is the basis of responsibility freedom.The realization of scientists'role is shown in the epistemology,morality and politics. |
