论新形势下高校“三育人”工作的创新与发展

“三育人”工作是高校永恒的主题，但国内外形势的发展变化不断给“三育人”工作提出新的要求，促使我们不断实现“三育人”工作的创新与发展。必须提高对创新“三育人”工作重要性、紧迫性的认识，充分发挥教育工会的职能作用，积极探索新形势下“三育人”工作的新机制、新途径和新方法，构建全方位、全过程、有特色的育人体系，促进“三育人”工作健康开展，为培养合格人才提供可靠的保障。

On Innovation and Development of "Three Aspects of Education Work in Colleges Under New Situation
