| 摘 要： | "以人为本"就是贯穿人才的培养规格即培养什么人、如何培养人的根本问题。正确认识和解决好这个问题,是提高大学生思想政治教育针对性和实效性的现实需要,是培养德才兼备人才的重要战略任务,是事关国家长治久安和中华民族前途命运的根本问题。构建"以人为本"的大学生思想政治教育理念,不但要在教育观念、内容、方法上与大学生的要求相适应,而且要切实贯彻全面育德,真正把大学生思想政治教育落到实处、收到实效。

| Abstract: | "Human-oriented" represents the essence of the cultivation of talented people.This problem involves what kind of people shall be cultivated and how to cultivate them.To accurately realize and solve this problem is not only a realistic necessity to improve the pertinence and effect of the ideological and political education of the undergraduates but also a fundamental problem relating to the long-term stability of our state and the future and fate of the Chinese nation.In order to construct the "human-oriented" idea in ideological and political education,the notion,content and approaches about education shall suit the requirements of the undergraduates,and the guideline of comprehensive and effect-oriented ideological and political education must be faithfully performed. |
