| 摘 要： | 文章将传统儒家伦理与西方现代出版管理模式相结合,从树立"和谐伦理观"、法治与德治相融合、仁爱与诚信等伦理因素的现代应用等方面探讨了儒家伦理对当代出版管理的理论与实践意义。"和谐伦理观"对编辑出版管理中人与人、人与价值利益、人与生态的矛盾关系都起到调和作用,并指出儒家伦理中的仁爱、"礼"、诚信等道德因素可契合并丰富当代编辑出版管理理论,以儒家德治为中心的自律与他律的辩证结合是现代编辑出版管理发展的新趋势。
