| 摘 要： | 在当前石漠化仍呈扩展趋势且防治形势十分严峻,而国内石漠化防治法律制度供给又存在严重不足的情况下,为推进石漠化地区生态文明建设进而促进全面可持续发展,加强中国石漠化防治法制建设势在必行。在加强中国石漠化防治法制建设的过程中,必须妥善选择能够调动一切石漠化防治力量的石漠化防治法律制度模式。
