| 摘 要： | 当前中国社会阶层结构呈"金字塔"型,还没有形成一个合理、公平、开放的社会流动模式 ,社会整合缺乏有效机制。立足公平正义,以塑造信息对称环境、打破体制性壁垒、提高公 共财政能力、加大转移支付、建立整合的社会保障体系为依赖路径,构建良性运行的和谐社 会。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the social structure in the form of "pyramid",arguing that the present social structure is not a reasonable,fair,liberal society of a flowing model,lacking a valid mechanism in societal integration.The author suggests that a foothold on social justice can help to set up a harmonious society of the positive motion by molding the symmetrical environment of information,breaking the systematical barracks,raising the public financial management ability,strengthening transfer payment,and establishing the social guarantee system. |
