| 摘 要： | 农民是现代农业的主体,也是农业新成果、新技术、新产品的终级受体。我国农业科技对农业生产的贡献率低,科技成果转化率低,很大程度上是受农民文化素质不高的制约,而农民文化素质低主要是由于受教育程度低引起的。通过对农民文化素质及面临的问题作了简要分析,并提出了现阶段提高农民文化素质应抓好的关键环节。

| Abstract: | Farmers are the main part of modern agriculture and the final receptor of the new achievements,new technology and new products of agriculture.At present,it is the poor cultural quality of farmers that restricts the improvement of the contributing rate of agricultural S & T to agricultural production and the enhancement of the transforming rate of scientific and technological achievements.The main cause of the poor farmers' cultural quality is their lower level of education.In this paper,the key measures to improve the farmers' cultural quality at present is given to analyze the problems in the farmers' cultural quality. |
