| 摘 要： | 民国时期的上海本土律师主要通过发布广告,开展交际活动,依靠掮客这三个途径来获得他们的法律业务。尽管当时人们对于律师还有不少偏见,并且在国民党政府统治的政治局势下,律师的活动仍然要受到种种牵制,但在经过改革形成的新的法律制度中,他们的工作仍然构成了一个不可或缺的重要环节。

| Abstract: | During the Nationalist regime, Shanghai local lawyers got their legal business mainly from three ways: advertisement, social activities and relying on brokers. Although the people at that time had many prejudices towards lawyers, and the Nationalist Party's government gave many restrictions on lawyers' activities, lawyers' work constitute an,indispensable part under the new legal systems after the reform. |
