| Abstract: | Corporate control power is an important topic of modern enterprise theory. The core of corporate control power is the assignment and establishment of power structure in a company. Based on this concept as well as political and economic theories, this paper is intended to shed light on such issues as power, bureaucratic hierarchy, as well as the vehicle, origin and restraints of corporate control power. |
