| 摘 要： | 农村社区建设是激活农村社会机体的生命力,实现城乡统筹发展的一条重要途径。农村社区管理存在很多问题,制约了农村社区建设与发展。实施网络治理,构建有利于农村社区发展的组织结构和运行方式,建立科学的管理体制与机制,对农村社区建设与发展具有极大的推动作用。
