| 摘 要： | 班主任工作千头万绪,但精心培育充满活力的班集体是最重要的。笔者根据多年从事班主任工作的体会,从理论和实践的结合上阐述了组建一个坚强有力的班委会,并充分发挥全体学生干部的骨干作用,是形成充满活力的班集体的关键。

| Abstract: | The teacher in charge works complicated,but carefully cultivates is full of the energy the class collective is most important.The author acts according to many years to be engaged in the experience which the teacher is charge works,elaborated from the theory and in the practice union sets up a strong powerful class commission,and fully plays all student cadre's backbone role,is forms is full of the energy the class collective key. |
