| 摘 要： | "和谐"思想在儒家的整个价值体系中居于核心地位。儒家主张"和谐"是不同事物的共生共存状态,指出任何矛盾经过冲突与斗争,最终必定以和谐的方式解决,坚持"和谐"能够增强组织的整体力量。面对现代社会严重的生态危机、社会危机、精神危机,如何实现人与自然、人与社会以及人自身的协调发展,儒家"和谐"思想具有重要的启迪意义。

| Abstract: | "Harmony" is the core of Confucian's whole value system.Confucian advocates "harmony" is the state of the coexistence of different things;any contradictions finally are resolved in a harmonious way by conflicts and struggles;"Harmony" can enhance the overall strength.Facing the serious ecological,social and spiritual crises of modern society,the Confucian's thought of "harmony" has an important inspiration and modern value on how to achieve coordination between man and nature,man and society,and human themselves. |
