西北地区农产品供给质量评价指标体系构建研究

西北地区推进农业供给侧结构性改革,必须在坚持农产品“做大”的基础上,找到进一步“做强”的有效途径。根据国内外供给质量评价的相关研究,结合我国供给侧结构性改革指导思想和农产品供给质量提升的方向,有针对性地提出西北地区农产品供给质量的提升路径和政策建议,为政府部门出台相关规划、政策、战略提供理论支撑和研究支持。

Study on the Construction of Evaluation Index System of Supply Quality about Agricultural Product in Northwest China

To implement the structural reform of the agricultural supply side in Northwestern China,it is necessary to find an effective way to further“strengthen”on the basis of insisting on the“bigger”of agricultural product.Based on relevant researches on the evaluation of supply quality at home and abroad,combined with the guiding ideology of China’s supply-side structural reforms and the direction of improving the quality of agricultural product supply,it proposes targeted ways and policies to improve the supply quality of agricultural product in Northwestern China,and provides theoretical and research support to government departments for relevant plans,policies,and strategy.
