| 摘 要： | 针对西部科研基地资源整合问题进行了探讨。认为解决这一问题的思路在于转变观念,加大投入,成立 联合会机构,建立科学的科技评价体系,由此达到从整体上有效整合西部科研基地资源的目的,从而提升西部地 区的科技实力,以及科研基地在引领、促进地方或区域经济建设中的重大作用。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to discuss how to integrate the resources for the research base in the west of China. It contends that only by transfomning mentality, increasing invertment, setting up an organization founding evaluation system, can we integrate the resource, boost the development in the west, and fulfill the responsibilities of research base in promoting regicnal economic development. |
