大学法律基础教育问题的学理省思

法治社会的建设需有相应法治理念的公民。当下中国大学法律基础教育的成败，关系到现代公民素质的高低，关系到法治中国能否实现。大学应正视法律基础教育中存在的问题，如重视不够、内容和课时受限、教师专业水平欠缺等。应从回归法律学科教育本位、重构法律基础教育模式、优化教师团队等方面改革当前大学法律基础教育模式，完善法律基础教育。只有这样，才能健全大学生法律素质，为社会培养心智成熟、人格健康、全面发展的具有较高综合素质的现代公民。

Theoretical reflection of universities law basics education

The construction of a law - based society requires citizens with law consciousness. The quality of law basics education in Chinese universities determines the quality of modern citizens and the realization of a law - governed China. Universities should take measures to solve the problems with law basics education, namely, negli- gence of its importance, insufficient teaching content and time, teachers＂ inadequate professional competence. The instruction mode for law basics should be reconstructed from the perspective of law discipline and the teaching con- tingent be optimized to improve college students＇law consciousness so that they grow to be high quality modern citi- zens with all - round development of mature mind and healthy personality.
