| 摘 要： | 马克思站在世界历史的高度 ,立足于社会发展理论 ,纵观东西方法律发展的历史进程 ,运用唯物史观 ,揭示了人类社会及其法律发展从传统向现代转变的基础条件、基本途径和主要动力 ,确证了不同历史、不同民族的社会及法律发展的共同规律及其不同发展道路 ,指明了法律发展的世界意义及其演进方向 ,展示了马克思宽阔的法律视野。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of social progress, Marx, making use of materialistic interpretation of history, exposed the fundamental conditions, basic approaches, and leading motives of human society and legal history changing from traditions to modern society by observing the history of the development of laws in the western and eastern countries in the course of world history. He collaborated the common law and different ways of the society and development of laws in different times and different nationalities, and pointed out the direction of evolution for the development of law, which presented Marx' broad visual field on the law. |
