| 摘 要： | 本文从十个方面谈了未来社会的发展对人的需要和教育理念的更新问题.作者认为,当前的教育教学改革仍然存在着很多误区.我们应该站在社会未来发展对人的需要的高度,以培养有全新的知识结构和创造能力的人为目标,来反思教育领域存在的主要问题并提出新的对策.

| Abstract: | The paper taps on ten aspects of man in the future and change of education concept.It is argued that there are some misunderstanding in the present education and teaching.We should look at these issues from the high plane of man needed in the future society,take cultivating man with new knowledge structure and creativity as our goal,and reflection on the major issues as well as bring about solutions. |
