基于建设主体视角的羌寨重建路径研究

汶川地震后,各种力量介入羌寨重建工作,地方政府、援建方和当地民众是最主要的重建主体。根据不同重建主体在具体的村寨重建中发挥的作用不同,羌寨重建大体可分为统规自建、统规统建、统分结合三种重建路径,不同重建路径对当地羌族文化造成的影响也不尽相同。本文对这三种路径及其文化影响进行了调研分析,希望能为我国其他民族村寨建设提供参考。

A Study on the Reconstruction Paths of Qiang Villages Based on the Main-Body Perspective

Since the Wenchuan earthquake,varied forces have participated in the post-quake reconstruction,among which local governments,the counterpart aid sides and the local people are the principal ones.According to the different roles of varied forces in different villages,Qiang Village reconstruction can be classified into three paths:a path of integrated planning with self-construction(taking the villagers as the main body);a path of integrated planning with unified construction(taking the counterpart aid sides or the local governments as the main body) and a conjoint path(a combination of self-construction and unified construction).Through an analysis on the above mentioned three paths,the authors finds that varied reconstruction bodies’ understandings on the relation between social-cultural development of Qiang and the modernization,the function of Qiang villages in the society and culture of the Qiang,the principles and methods of culture protection are different,and it is just because of those differences in understandings make the varied reconstruction paths impact on Qiang culture differently.The author hopes this study can provide some references on other ethnic Villages’ construction.
