| 摘 要： | 有效预防和制止家庭暴力,是保障女性权益的一个重要课题.为此,应建立适合我国国情的反家庭暴力机制,形成以教育为根本,立法、执法为手段,政府基层组织和妇联为辅助力量,全社会共同关注的社会反应机制.

| Abstract: | To efficiently and effectively prevent and prohibit domestic violence is an important topic in the protection of women's rights and interests. In this article.it is proposed that we should establish the mechanism of opposing domestic violence conforming to our national conditions and bring into being the social reaction mechanism with the education at its core,law-making and ex-ecution of laws as the means,grassroots governmental organizations and women's federations as its assisting force and with the general attention from all society. |
