民主政治建设60年:历程、经验与展望

民主政治建设是我国社会主义建设的重要内容。60年来，我国民主政治建设经历了两个时期六个阶段的探索，其间有过曲折，更取得了巨大的成就，形成了宝贵的经验，确立了建设的根本方针，选择了正确的建设路径，找到了可行的建设实现方式，形成强大的建设推力。但是，展望未来，我国民主政治建设仍有许多需要克服和解决的问题，尤其是如何实现和保障广大人民的平等权利和主体地位，如何避免矛盾的累积和激化以及如何实现社会的动态政治稳定。这要求我们坚持和巩固公有制经济的主体地位，按照科学发展观的要求努力缩小当前的贫富差距；同时，以高度的危机感积极稳妥地推进深层次政治改革，提高党科学执政、民主执政、依法执政水平，积极扩大各个层次、各个领域的公民有序政治参与。
