| 摘 要： | 现代社会中,随着个人权利意识的增强,隐私权这一特殊权利越来越受到大家的重视。另一方面,隐私权的现状表明隐私权的发展有着深层次的原因,实现对它的有力保护是一个长期的过程。实际运作时,在诸多权利之间存在矛盾,因此,协调冲突,平衡利益将促使隐私权进一步发展。

| Abstract: | In medem society the right of privacy,a peculiar right is treasured more and more along with the increaseof the consciousness of individual rights.The present state of the right of privacy shows that the development of the rightof privacy has some deep causes and canying on the forceful protection is a long process.In practice there are lots of con-flicts among many kinds of right so we should harmonize the relations among these conflicts and balance their interests soas to promoe the further development of the right of privacy. |
