| Abstract: | Achievements of legal enforcement depend on interest of law and it of super-law obtained by executor applying the law,such as justice of enforcing law,correctness of enforcing law,lofty realm of spiritual pursuit,realization of social goals,etc.With success of legal enforcement poor or ineffective,crisis of government by law is occurring.In order to promote success of legal enforcement,appropriate persons should be trained by better education,and proper law should be stipulated. |
