“吸引”与“吸收”:“50分钟”的研究

摘    要:要提高50分钟课堂的教学效果,除每个教师必备的责任感外,关键的影响要素有两个:一个是"吸引"学生注意听讲,另一个是使学生充分"吸收"所讲的内容。要做到有效地"吸引"与"吸收",教师对所教内容应掌握好"精"与"博"之度,运用多媒体教学,发挥人格魅力,仪表端庄。还要善于处理"快"与"慢"的关系,设定教学目标,形成教学互动,并提炼出教学内容的精华奉献给学生。

Abstract:This paper studies the way to improve the efficiency of teaching within the class of 50 minutes, which is the typical duration of one period of class in Chinese universities. It is pointed out that, besides the sense of duty, the key factors influencing the effectiveness of teaching are "to attract the attention of students" and "to enable students to fully absorb the teaching". The ways to effectively realize the "attracting" and "absorption" are discussed in detail and concluded in the paper.
