美国对华战略在国民党政权崩溃中的“负面效应”

从美国本世纪 30 - 40年代对华战略大视野出发 ,着重分析作为一支外力在国共两党这场殊死较量中对国民党政权崩溃造成的诸多“负面效应” ,认为由于美国对华政策从根本上看是服从和服务于美国国内垄断资产阶级的根本利益 ,而不是国民党政权的本来利益 ,美国的对华战略指导思想出现“失误” ,实际上加快了国民党丧失政权的进程。文章主要从两个方面进行阐述 :一是从美国角度看 ,美对华政策结构性的矛盾本质及其由此酿成实践上的反复性造成国民党政权实际有效控制力的下降 ;二是从国民党方面看 ,美国在华喧宾夺主的特殊地位相当程度上使国民党在政治、经济、军事、外交诸方面陷入被动 ,这也正是蒋政权走向自身恶性循环最终彻底崩溃而最易为世人忽视的一个重要原因。本文从历史的角度证明了挟洋自重必自毙的客观规律 ,警示今日台湾当政者不要重蹈覆辙 ,以免落下个玩火自焚的下场

The negative effect of the U.S. stratagem toword China on the collapse of Kuomintang regime

On the ground of the U.S. China-oriented stratagem from 1930's-1940's,this article attends to analyze the negative effects on which the U.S. as an outside force impacted Kuomintang regime during the confrontment between the Communist Party and the Kuomintang.The author considers that the U.S. stratagem toward China fired into the wrong blick so that it,in fact,quickened the collapse of the Kuomintang regime,because the U.S. policy toward China obeyed to and served for the American national monopolistic bourgeoisie' fundamental advantage,but not Kuomintang' basic interest.
