新兴国家如何应对美欧大飞机补贴新规则——美国诉欧盟大飞机WTO案件评析

How Do the Specific Emerged Countries Confront the ’US-EU’ Disputes in LCA: Analysis Cases of the United States V Eu about LCA in WTO

It has been monopolized by Boeing and Airbus in the LCA product market,both corporations have got huge industrial subsides from the governments,which led to two disputes.The Appellate Body report has gone into effect after nearly 7 years DSB hearing on the later ’US-EU’.The determination prohibits the EU subsidies limitedly on the basis of the ’SCM Agreement’ as well as giving some new in-depth interpretations,it’s preventative to the third parts rather than corrected to US.Commenting and analysing the ongoing-cases,this paper discusses the certain practical measures for the emerging countries,such as infrastructure grants,governmental capitalizings,governental loans,R&D fundings,etc,through which to confront the challenges under the new US-EU industrial rules.
