| 摘 要： | 全面启动东亚大市场,加大环渤海与图们江地区开发力度,从区域性多国合作起步走向国际市场,以市场经济先导区拉动“大大连”建设,都必须从实际出发造就东北亚区域经济合作关系。只有注重在内部与外部的结合上培育出成长因素和良好氛围,才能有效地加快东北老工业基地的振兴进程,使之成长为东北亚区域的新兴工业基地、现代装备基地、生态农业基地和农畜产品出口加工基地。

| Abstract: | Full swing in East Asia market,and increasing the development intensity of the Central Bohai Sea and the Tumen River region,starting to enter into the international market from regional multinational cooperation, leading to a market economy zone along the "Great Dalian" construction must be created from the actual needs of economic cooperation of Northeast Asia.Only by focusing on nurturring the growth motives and good atmosphere among the integration of internal and external factors,can effectively accelerate the revitalization process of old industrial bases in northeast China to grow into Asia's emerging industrial base and modern equipment base,ecological agriculture base and export processing base of agricultural and livestock products. |
