| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题事关老百姓的切身利益,影响社会和谐。论述了大学生就业问题影响人与社会的和谐、心态和谐、家庭和谐、平等和谐等,不利于社会主义和谐社会的构建。并从构建和谐社会,体现执政为民的战略高度提出解决大学生就业问题,即实施援助工程、法治工程、阳光工程和“心桥工程”等。

| Abstract: | Concerned with the basic interests of the ordinary people,the issue of undergraduates' em-ployment is basic to a harmonious society.By pointing out that an improper settlement of this issue will affect the construction of a harmonious society with regard to its effect on the harmony between man and society,harmony in state of mind,harmony among families,and harmony in equality,etc.,this paper proposes a sequence of measures to handle the issue from the strategic perspective of power execution for people,i.e.,the implementation of assistance project,legalization project,and sunny project etc. |
