Some Thoughts on the System of the Disclosure of Administrative Information in China

The disclosure of administrative information is the basic task to establish a modern government.The right to know is the basic right of modern citizens.A lot of countries in the world have clear requirements to the disclosure of administrative information.In China,due to historical and practical factors,there are still some inadequacies in this area.This paper analysis the situation and the prospects base on the examples of various countries and China's actual situation.We look forward to further improving of the disclosure so that the right of citizens to know to be protected.
