论对自然资源的法律保护

自然资源是人类生存的物质条件和客观环境。在人与自然资源的关系上 ,曾有人类中心主义、生态主义以及天人合一的东方生态伦理学等观点。进入工业革命后 ,自然资源的破坏、紧缺等日益突现出来 ,于是 ,自然资源呼唤法律的保护。我国自然资源法制建设虽然有很大成绩 ,可是差距和不足也是很明显的。我们必须加强自然资源保护的立法 ,树立法律的权威 ,切实保障其实施 ,强化公众的自然资源意识 ,提高执行自然资源法的自觉性。同时 ,党应加强对自然资源法制建设的领导 ,为自然资源创建良好的法制环境。

Discussion on the Protection of Natural Resources by Law

Natural resources are the physical environment for the survival of the human being. There have been various concepts,both in the east and the west,for the relationship between man and natural resources. The damage and the lack of natural resources,have become apparent ever since the Industrial Revolution.In China,though we have made great achievements in the legislation for natural resources,the disadvantages are obvious.We must further improve the legislation for the protection of natural resources and enforce the relevant laws in a powerful way.At the same time,the Party should also strengthen the leadership in this field.
