农民工的迁移模式研究

依据广东、江苏农民工的调查数据研究了农民工永久性迁移模式。研究发现，相对于个人迁移，家庭迁移因配偶、子女迁移形成的家庭团聚效应及女性配偶非农就业形成的收入增加效应而更具有行为性永久迁移倾向，但没有明显的制度性迁移意愿。制度性迁移意愿除了与迁移者受教育程度相关外，主要取决于农民工年老回流、长期居留城市、放弃农村户籍与土地的意愿。虽然行为性和制度性永久迁移机制不同，但二者存在一定的关联：实现了行为性永久迁移并不必然导致制度性永久迁移，具有制度性永久迁移意愿的农民工家庭，行为性永久迁移意愿也比较强烈。

Research on the Migration Patterns of Rural Migrant Workers

This paper studies the permanent migration of migrant families based on the investigating data from Guang Dong and Jiang Su Provinces. The study finds that relative to the individual migration, family migration shows a permanent migration tendency because of the effect of family reunion and non-aqricul-tural employment of female spouse and thus increase income, however, no obvious institutional permanent migration desire is shown here. Except for education degree, the institutional permanent migration desire is mainly determined by the willingness to return to the countryside as they get old, stay in the city for a long time and give up the rural household registration and land. Though behavioral and institutional permanent migration mechanism is different, there are some correlations: behavioral permanent migration does not necessarily results in permanent migration; migrant workers of institutional permanent migration desire intend to have stronger behavioral permanent migration willingness.
