从大学生信息需求心理谈图书馆服务质量

摘    要:大学生读者在不同层次对图书信息的需求有着不同的心理状态。针对图书馆信息量大和特殊环境的教育特点 ,提高服务质量 ,改善服务环境 ,提高服务水平 ,满足学生和读者的需要 ,不断增强读者的满意程度 ,充分发挥图书馆的文献信息资源作用 ,提高读者学习的主动性 ,使高校图书馆的服务质量在馆员与读者的良性互动中不断得到更大的发展和提高。

Abstract:Contents summary: University student's reader has got the different mental state appearance to the need of the books information in the different level of structure. Aiming at the library information has great capacity with the special and environmental education characteristics,increasing service quantity,improve the service environment,increase service level,satisfy the student with the reader's demand,strengthen the reader's and satisfied degree continuously,develop the cultural heritage information resources function of the library well,increase active that reader study,makes the service quantity of the high school library got the larger development continuously with increases in building member and reader's and positive interaction.
