| 摘 要： | 一部大运河的历史文化,是与中华民族全部历史文化进程紧密相连的。唐宋时期,大运河是联系国家政治军事中心与经济中心的纽带,直接为"国命所系",朝廷非常重视大运河的管理。漕运的有序管理,为经济的繁荣发展提供了前提条件。

| Abstract: | The historical culture of a canal is closely connected with the whole process of our Chinese nationalities' historical culture. In Tang and Song Dynasty, the Grand Canal was a link between the national political and military center and economic center, so the imperial government stressed its management. The orderly management of canal transportation provided the prerequisite to the economic prosperity. |
