中国传统伦理的当代构建

在新的时代背景下,中国传统伦理必须进行当代构建.这种构建至少可以从三个方面展开.其一,针对中国传统伦理立足于狭隘的血缘而缺少普遍性展开公共伦理的构建;其二,是针对中国传统伦理立足于外在的律法而具有强制性展开德性伦理的构建;其三,是针对中国传统伦理立足于形式的义务而忽略人文性展开情感伦理的构建.

Contemporary Construction of Chinese Traditional Ethics

Chinese traditional ethical principles should be re-constructed in the new era. The re-construction may be carried out at least from three perspectives, one is to construct public ethical principle by aiming to cultivate the universality which is not contained by Chinese traditional ethics for the reason of partial blood relationship ; the other is construct virtue ethics by aiming to eliminate the enforceability of Chinese traditional ethics which is established on the outward law; the last is to construct sentimental ethics by aiming to cultivate humanistic spirit which is not contained by Chinese traditional ethics which is established on the form of obligation.
